Return & Refund
To request a return, you must have your original invoice number for us to track your order. The return request can be made via emailing firstname.lastname@example.org including the following information: invoice number, product(s), quantity, and reason for return. A return request can also be made via calling us at 732-390-5532.
Once your return is received, inspected, and shows no signs of damage and/or use you will be refunded via your original purchase method. Allow 48-72 hours for the refund to reflect your account.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the date the goods are received.
All items that are returned for reasons other than damage or manufacturers defect will be returned at the buyers expense and will incur a 5% re-stocking fee.
